They may not be aware of what types of grants and other assistance is currently available. MBARK partners with Business Community Liaisons (BCLS) to provide targeted community outreach in key environmental justice (EJ) geographical areas of Sacramento County. The BCLs serve as a conduit to more customized support through MBARK's five technical assistance partners.
