MBARK is built on best practices and lessons learned from the Sacramento Inclusive Economic Development Collaborative.

MBARK partners with Business Community Liaisons (BCLS) to provide targeted community outreach in key environm
Many minority and small businesses do not have the most up-to-date information when it comes to what is happening in their local community. They may not be aware of what types of grants and other assistance is currently available. MBARK partners with Business Community Liaisons (BCLS) to provide targeted community outreach in key environmental justice (EJ) geographical areas of Sacramento County. The BCLs serve as a conduit to more customized support through MBARK's five technical assistance partners.
